It's good to know mysterious people are anticipating more texts :) But I have been extremely busy and not at all really at the office (that is, not in the limits of internet aka blogging). I've been dragging Kaarle to interviews all around town. So far I've interviewed 2 persons from WWF, 2 from Greenpeace, 2 from Calcutta University (Marine Science), 1 from West Bengal Pollution Control Board and 1 from Jadavpur University (Oceanographic Studies). Next week still West Bengal environmental official and hopefully one interview with a Indian BBC journalist. So it's been quite hectic. Also when Kaarle's here, we've gone out for dinner, so not really been much at our accommodation place either.
This weekend I should somehow come up with a presentation for Monday.. These people normally read aloud a presentation from paper, but I'm going to do it the consultant PowerPoint way.. Take it or leave it.
I'm already waiting to get back. I've had quite enough of this pollution. My eyes and throat are irritated. I have some red rash on my left eye and have had to take everyday allergy tablets. Last 2 nights I've woken in the middle of night because my throat has been itching so much.
By the way, if any of you have anything you want from here, please let me know. Bro: I got you one Indian dance music CD (which has 3 CDs included in the same packet) and I've got some film music ones for me, which you can also utilise. This is quite a middle class place, so not all typical things can be found here, but if anything comes to any of your mind, please let me know and I'll have a look! Fastest way is to send me a SMS, but I'll check this also on irregular basis.

Here we are doing fine, the past few days been colder (- 12-16 deg) and today we got snow so your little niece enjoyed her self sliding down the hill and digging in the snow with an enourmous spade :o) only the snow plows make too much noise to do any sleeping :o(
